With the annual Great British Beer Festival (GBBF) not being held this year, CAMRA, the Campaign for Real Ale, has announced the GBBF ‘brand’ will be used “to encourage people to attend their pubs, clubs, breweries, and cider producers” with a promotion to be called “The Great British Beer Festival at your Local”.
This will run from 30th July to 8th August and local CAMRA groups have been asked to approach their ‘Locals’ to put on events.
Such activities could range from having special guest beers to running mini-beer festivals or even brewery tours.
Happy Pint has asked CAMRA what events will be arranged in the area and will help promote them.
If any pubs, clubs or breweries are participating they too can promote their activities – just use the CONTACT FORM and they can also be freely promoted here.
